The Maddocks Group designs and manufactures multi-pleated cartridge filter elements for many industrial and commercial applications. Designed to withstand the most rigorous conditions, materials used are the highest quality meeting or exceeding OEM specifications.

PAPER ELEMENTS
The Maddocks Group offers a variety of paper medias to meet the needs of almost any application. Primarily used in ambient air filtration with low grain loadings, or multi pleated paper elements are constructed with an inner expanded metal column providing structural integrity. Where pulse-cleaning mechanisms are used, and expanded metal mesh outer screen is utilized to provide extra support without restricting air flow or interfering with dust discharge.

FABRIC ELEMENTS
The Maddocks Group's multi-pleated fabric elements utilize Polyester, Polypropylene and Nomex needlefelts including our patented Beane BagTM medias. Fabric Filter elements have proved very beneficial in dust collection, pollution control and processing applications where high temperatures and high grain loading conditions exist. This new range of cartridge filters offer an open pleat design that can be used in harsh environments where moist, sticky or abrasive materials are being filtered.

Our cartridge filter elements for industrial and commercial filtration applications are so vast, it is impossible to cover them all in this bulletin. However, a brief description of cartridge filters used for dust collection is provided. Standard filter elements are made to fit Farr Torit, Wheelabrator and Scientific dust collectors to name a few. In most cases, elements can be custom made in various sizes to fit your specific requirements.
