A New and Patented Concept

Unlike conventional woven and needled textiles, seamless tube Beane Bags ^TM are circular knit fabrics consisting of a patented "loop pile" surface. The thickness and fiber density of a circular knit fabric provides a high permeability, reducing pressure drop conditions, with excellent filtration efficiencies of 99.5 to 99.99%. The physical movement of the "loop pile" surface on the cleaning cycle easily removes heavy dust formations while preventing blinding or plugging of the fabric. Eliminating the seam also offers additional filter area providing increased air flow. Available in popular 4.7",5",6" and 8" diameters, flat width fabrics area also manufactured for large diameter filter bags.

Energy Savings

As each KWH will increase in the years to come, energy savings are becoming more attractive. High pressure drop conditions across a baghouse system considerably increased fan energy consumption. It follows that if the high pressure condition can be corrected and reduced, fan energy savings that result could be substantial.
